Kayaks 

Five Kayaks are on the rack by the water, at the top of the stairs by the the water and/or in the basement.

• The two small ones have plugs to drain water if necessary

• The three large ones need a pump, which is in the shed, to drain water if necessary.

Please put three kayaks back on racks after each use (facing in to avoid filling with water when it rains).

Please put the covers on the other two kayaks (it’s hard but doable and better as a two person job) to avoid filling with water and bugs or back in the basement after each use.

Paddle boards

Two paddle boards are in the shed

You can leave paddle boards on the grass at top of stairs after use but please put back in the shed after your stay

Accessories

Paddles and life jackets are in the shed

Pump is in the shed

The three large kayaks have dashboard attachments on them or in the basement

Waterproof bags and containers, birding books and binoculars are in a wooden/wicker box on the shelves over the wall unit by the sliders in the family room

Grill

• Please clean after stay.

• There is an extra standalone burner behind the steps in the basement for cooking lobster outside.

Fire Pit

• Please do not use the fire pit on the deck.

• Retractable S’mores sticks are in a pouch in the corner by the microwave.  After use, please wash, put back in pouch and return to corner by microwave .

Lawn Games

Cornhole 

• The boards are in an orange zipped bag in the shed.

• The bean bags are in two plastic containers near the boards.

• Please return everything to the shed after use to avoid warping from overnight dew or rain.

Can Jam

• The canisters are on the overhead beams in shed.

Spike Ball

• Stored in the basement or the shed.

Ladderball

• Stored in the basement or the shed.
